LANSING BSF Day Women's Class : Important Update

Important Update

No Class March 18th/19th through April 8th/9th

In accordance with the proactive measures being taken to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, our class will not be meeting together on Wednesdays at South Church in Lansing or for the satellite discussion group on Thursdays at Bethel Church for the next 3 weeks.

The last week, Wednesday, April 7th in Lansing and Thursday, April 8th in Jackson, is Spring Break, so we were already scheduled not to meet that week.

We will provide more details on how we will proceed with the various technologies available to us in the next couple of days!

Jackson Satellite

The Lansing Women's Day class has discussion groups that meet in another city and on another day. This group is an extension of our established class in Lansing (Base Class) and expands our reach to more distant communities that want to study God's Word with us! The group is called a Satellite Discussion Group (SDG). The SDG studies the same lesson as the Base Class and watches a video of the Wednesday Base Class lecture.

Online Groups

BSF Online Groups are available for every study but are different than our local class Zoom groups that became necessary during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our Class ~ will have a few Zoom Groups to start 2021-22 with the hopes of returning those groups to "in-person meeting" as soon as possible.

Online Groups ~ enjoy the exact same study but will always meet online and are not connected to our Lansing Class. Their group membership is world-wide and members have the fantastic option to pick their own day and time that best fits their schedule!

SNOW DAYS

Unless a "NO CLASS" post appears on this page, the Lansing class is meeting as scheduled.

We typically remain open if conditions near the Lansing church allow. Waverly Community Schools are in close proximity to the church~~if they are closed, BSF is closed. However~~ BSF may choose to close even if Waverly Schools are still open.

Many ladies drive a considerable distance to attend Lansing BSF. Therefore, weather conditions may be different where you live. On questionable weather days, PLEASE prayerfully consider your attendance at BSF. If you decide it is not safe for you to attend, please let your Group Leader know and you can watch the lecture on mybsf.org after it is posted.
